Remote Support Charges are billed at £7.50 per 6 minutes Remote Support time is billed in 6 minute increments
All charges are Exclusive of VAT

By using KCS Remote Support you can allow a KCS support engineer to access your computer and assist you remotely while you watch. All access is under your control and you can end a support session at any time by closing the KCS Remote Support box. After the support session your computer is no longer accessible unless you re-run the KCS Remote Support application
